Help please statistics

Hi ive just noticed that the statistics on my forum is not showing newest registered member,where its says newest registered member there is no name. It was fine yesterday. Can anyone help please?

First recommendation is to use a new skin from Hitskin.com

Also, make sure the skin is meant for your forum version.

Don't use a PunBB skin on a PHBB3 lol

no i would not touch that at all, as i know nothing about CSS

haha but i like that skin and i didnt even know i was using the wrong one lol

Go to Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration => Misc options*:
Resynchronize your forum : Check to resynchronize. Click Save.

I tried that but its giving the name of the forum that i had before this one

I would look at your forum, but my school's firewall blocks it. I will check it out later, and so what? If this is a major issue for you then going back to the older name wont hurt. Just change it again. Save a backup of the forum before you restore it even, just incase.

Can you do it later for me please, seriously i dont know what im doing with back ups and so on. Cant you try becoming a member then see if your name shows up? and at the same time you can try create an album in the gallery and see if that works too

Hi sorry to post again but just wanted say i have solved the problem! But im still having problems with my gallery. Users are saying there is no upload feature to upload photos and they cant see the chat room yet i can(im confused) i have posted my problem in this forum. can someone please reply to me
