About Banned Rank

hi guys i want to ask how to make an Banned rank i do it i have these rank


Banned : post 0
Forum newbie : post 0
forum member : post 15

when some one register in my forum his rank will be banned not newbie forum

The Question: how to make the register user (active) when he reigst with 0 post get Forum newbie
then when i banned him get banned rank even if he post 15?

Ok,

Go to your ACP > Users & Groups > Rank Administration.

Click the "Banned" rank in your list of ranks. Once you have done this take out the 0 in the minimum post's part and save. That's you done.

i try but there is 2 rank with 0 post forum newbie and banned the active member have banned rank cuz he have 0 post

and i did it but still the new member got banned rank

Make sure you have it as a 'Special Rank.'

If you ban someone, go to their profile via Admin Panel and assign the banned rank manually.

you mean i make banned as spical rank?

Yes, the banned rank should be a special rank. There is no automatic way of giving a member a banned rank when they're banned, so you will need to do it manually each time a member is banned.

still not work i made it special but its i ban the new player still have a register rank

now i knwow how to make it

1-make an banned in group admin
2-make an banned rank in rank admin
3-ban persone
4-go to his profle
5-give him banned rank then banned rank

even i test it i log out then i enter to the banned account i find i cant do anything
