I dont know what they used to create it, You can find many different scripts or host to create such things.

Other then that just google it, But you have to watch for some of the ones they offer for free and fast creation because they always come with ad's most of the time.

But i am sure you can find something to use.
If i knew what they are using i would tell you, But other then that there are many ways to create things like this, so just google it and do some digging, you'll find something.. then if you have problems just come back and we will help with all we can

whatever you do dont use wibiya they are known to make a mess of things with forumotion forums..
