Hello all, i need a bit of help to create my own forum rank icons. I've been a forum moderator for almost a year now, and i would like to know how i can create these myself or get help creating them. there have been a couple moderators before me that created the forum, and they have either quit playing or seldom use the forums. Here's what they have created:



I'm looking for something for a Clan Citadel Moderator (this forum is for Runescape) and i would like it to be in a different color then the above but i know that i cannot have white since the font is white. can anyone give me some guidance as to what to do?
