How to renew domain name

Dear Experts,

I get free domain name awarded by forumotion team and it is valid for one year. How can I renew this domain name after 1 year? what is the minimum forum activity to get it renewed again?

No one is aware of the minimum forum activity requirement. But, it seems like you will have to spend credits to renew the domain name.

Thanks for the update...I didn't get this custom domain name by using the credit system. even I don't have points in my account. this domain name was awarded because of forum activity. Please guide me..

Yes, i know it was awarded for your forum activity. But, since renewal is not offered in your admin panel for free there is no option other than buying it with credits.

I just want to make sure.. Renewal of domain name will be offered after one year or not? If no then I will return to my original domain name from now.

It will be offered before one year. I think its 65 days before the expiry of domain name.
