Hi who can I contact with regards to copyright?

There is a forum that I used to be apart of, but left due to alot of hacking and bullying going on on the forum itself! They had taken a photo of my children and placed it on their forum banner, now since having left the forum I asked for my children's photo to be removed and the owner said that she would and now a few months down the line it is still there!

Now I understand if I hit contact at the bottom of the forum in question - then this message goes straight to the forum itself and the owners of that particular forum, the same goes with complaints!

Is there anyone here that can PM me privately with some help!

I can confirm via PM which photo on the banner and the forum in question that this query is in response too!
