    Solved Mood choices not shown

    Hi folks,

    I have a member that doesn't see the mood choices in her profile area. We've done all we know to do to correct the problem and it's still not solved. She is the first and only member with this problem. Any suggestions on a fix?

    First off... I believe that the mood option's are custom field's... So maybe screen shot of the options for mood that you have set up. Also you said that only this one speicific user has a problem not seeing option... maybe the user has her settings set so no-one can see... without realzing it. Try telling her too check her profile settings!

    Thanks. I've done all that you have suggested. I've gone as far to check her profile setting in the ACP. Need I say they show in the ACP? LOL I'll do a screenshot of my settings and let her copy those.

    Maybe he has a personal group? Check also the Group Administration. Wink

    Did that and she has no group other than member and the moods should work for her.
