Votes

How do you "vote" for someone? Its a reputation feature and in the Admin panel it says how many points a person gets for "Thanks" and how many for positive votes and how many for negative votes. So my question is how do you "Vote" for someone. How would you give them a "Negative" vote?

Yes I mean images. I read all of that and followed the thread everywhere. It would appear that you can't add + or - buttons in phpBB3
