slg, nope, he said that changed language from administraiton panel.
You need to change it from your Profofile => Preferences => Board Language.

Let's explain how it works.
When you change the board language from admin panel it doesn't change also from your profile, so, when you are logged in the datas are taken from your profile and are readed. For a better understanding, you can try it to do in this forum going to Profile => Preferences and chnaging the language. Then try to log out, I think you'll understand.
