Can't Connect

Hey there, I was working on my forum and suddenly I don't seem to be able to connect to it.
the forum URL is: www.paintz.forumotion.com
I don't know if it's a problem on my side but it just won't connect, the loading symbol just keeps spinning then eventually stops trying.
Is this a server problem?
Can you connect to it?

I also wondered if it was a corruption problem or something so I tried a direct connect to the ACP through utils but it doesn't load either.

I get no error message, I can't get anywhere near it.

I just got an email saying you created an account... so I guess it's just me?

I created one, and in emails says that you need to activate it, because you choosed that only administrators can activate members accounts.

Yeah you're not getting my point...
I cannot connect to my site.
I have a white screen.
It will not load.
It doesn't load on my PC or my laptop.
It doesn't load on firefox or google chrome
so it can't be a software issue...

I don't need you to make an account as that proves nothing in my situation.
