Solved Moderator signing in = Banned?

Post by Flicktitty April 20th 2012, 6:49 am

Having an issue, A moderator (also my girlfriend) can't sign in, it says you have been Banned. I went through and it says it's still active, not under the ban list.

    Any other ideas?

have you tried to change her password? You can as well check, her account via Panel, check all the way to the bottom, user still active:

    Hello,

Please check if she's banned or not on the option provided by Chivas above.

Also, please check if she's inactive:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Inactive Users > Activate her there

And if it does not sort the problem, please provide us a screenshot of the message she's getting. Thank you.

    Hello,

First can you try resynchronizing your forum:
    https://help.forumotion.com/t50777-resynchronizing-your-forum

Then if it doesn't work, please try resetting bans on the utilities, you will see the option there once you log in with your founder account:
    https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

If it still doesn't work, please provide your forum link and the username of that mod. Thanks!

Still no good after trying this?:
Then if it doesn't work, please try resetting bans on the utilities, you will see the option there once you log in with your founder account:
    https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

    Then resynchronize your forum again:

If it still doesn't work, please let us know so we can pass this to our Pro administrators for possible technician intervention. Thank you.
