Croatian language problem

Hi everyone! I haven't had a forum here for very long but I think I've got the basics down. I've tried to solve this problem on my own and I've consulted Google but I can't find anything.

Basically, my language is se to Croatian (Hrvatski) yet there are problems with certain uncommon symbols (ž, š) while some others are perfectly fine (č, ć). This would help me solve the navbar issue I have aswell (certain words are still in English e.g. Calendar instead of "Kalendar" or Gallery instead of "Galerija" and the two aforementioned symbols are strangely displayed).

I would really appreciate some help on the subject. Thanks!!

The best bet in having these corrected is to PM Nera, (link on the right), as she's our volunteer Croatian Translator and see what she can do.

Politeness is implied don't worry...though I can't seem to find her. I searched "Nera" and found a few results but I wouldn't like to PM the wrong person. Would it be too much trouble if you could paste her profile link?
