Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
That option is located here.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.

Never post your email in public.

This should solve the Problem :

Go to ACP > General > Forum > Security > Security Administration

Then find this thing :

Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails :

And click " Yes " then "Save" . Click + if I helps. Very Happy
