Mods can't access Group section anymore

I had a Mod assigned to this Group for months, now all of a sudden he can't access it..i tried removing him, putting back, changing his name...added someone else, they can't view it either..

they get this message
"Error You haven't got the rights to access this page"

What's the url he's trying to access, just the groups?
What happens when he tries another group?

Does it happen to anyone else?

Didn't try assigning them another group..I tried 3 different Mods, none of em could view it..

Kindly try to change this settings:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Special Rights > User groups : Set it to Guests or Members > Save
