The litigation report tool

Basically: I have been wishing to report a forum for some time now due to some obscene and vulgar images which are posted on the forum. I have seen the link which directs to the litigation report tool. I am just wondering, how exactly do I use the tool and can I indeed use it for reporting obscene and vulgar images which could be considered somewhat racist and in blunt terms: Disgusting?

You can use the litigation tool to report what ever you want, and yes, explicit images are not allowed on forumotion, so the answer would be, yes, you can reprot it.
