Legal Contents of Forum

First of all, I'm sorry if I got wrong section to post this. CMIIW

Well, I want ask about this legal contents that not violate from Forumotion terms.

1.) What's usually contents that violate the terms?

2.) Can we share for movies in our forum? but link from the external source. Especially for anime, we encode and we share it

I think that's all that I wanna ask, first question answer all my curiosity.

1- That's a pretty big list, in short, if you think it isn't, don't do it.
The most common list:

Violent or repulsive content
Hateful or abusive content
Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
Sexual and/or pornographic content
Harmful and dangerous acts
Copyright infringement
Spam
Phishing and/ or malware website
Credit card fraud

2- YES BUT be careful!! You must state that it is not yours, and it is from an external source, and you MUST link, not just mention but LINK to the original source.
It is not acceptable to have the video player linked, you must have a separate link.

Add for No. 2, I take as example if we share for anime or another movies / tv series. We allowed to share for link to watch / download? in cloud storage hosting or local country file hosting. right? CMIIW

If you need to upload to your cloud storage, I'd suggest to talk with the company your purchasing from directly as we could be incorrect.

But yes, you can share to/from cloud onto forumotion, permitting the above conditions are met.

Okay, so we allowed to share link from external source right to watch / download the movies? Because we'd like to share ripping anime / movies / Tv series from encoders.

Sorry I should correct myself, as long as it's coming from the ORIGINAL source, not ripped.
IE: Sony entertainment released music onto youtube, you use the provided youtube share code and link to the video.

Ahh so we can't share ripped anime, movies / tv series? IE: Mediafire link but if we aren't the original uploader, is it allow to share?

Sorry I somehow got myself confused, Yes from media file for example yes, as long as there's reference from the creator, even in just the credits.

Okay, as long I give the credit to uploader media file (mediafire). It's ok to share right? The uploader isn't come from our forum. I take example for easier, I copy link from another forum. IE; mediafire link for ripped anime, movies / tv series
