    Hi.
    How do I change the color of the titles Table, such as GENERAL(section name); TOPICS; POSTS; LAST POSTS.

    Hi!

    I see you are on phpBB3, so add to CSS Stylesheet:
    Code:
    .forabg .header dd .table-title h2, .forabg .header dd{
    color: #0088FF !important;
    }
    #0088FF is the color, replace it by another, if you want.
