I'm affiliating with a few other forums, and I'd like to add some image link banners either at the bottom of the forum to scroll along, or at the side. I've seen it on other forums using forumotion but I can't work out how to do it myself. Look at this forum and you'll see what I mean. How can I do that?

I've looked in the ACP and there is a section under the display tab called templates, but nothing anywhere that says overall footer. And what green cross do you mean? And what is BB2? Do you mean the version of php I'm using? I'm using phpBB3.

Thanks for that. Only trouble is, when I click on that tab, I get this: None of the other links appear, just this.

Templates administration
In this page, you can modify templates and change your forum look.
Modified templates are written in green.
(unpublished templates are shown red) To use the default template again, delete your template by clicking on delete.

Only templates of phpbb2 or PunBB versions will be affected.

Ok I've discovered I have to have either phpBB2 or punBB for me to add a scrolling banner. And I only posted in colour because the last part of the message I had was in colour.

You did not answer my question is that your forum or you posted the link randomly?
You don't have to have templates to add what you want, but to give you an answer we need the basic info and that is your forum URL

Nopes, you did not make it clear but it's OK. It's different since the forum versions are not the same.

Go to your AP > Modules > JS managment and choose ENABLE JS managment

Add this to your JS:
