I have 3 groups: Admin, Mod, Helper. Regular members can't view the groups they don't have permission and they get this page:



The Groups links are at the bottom left-hand side of the forum in this pic:



Regular members can't view the groups when they click the links and I would like to enable all members to view the groups list pages.

Try to adjust this setting:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Special Rights > Usergroups : Set it to Members > Save

I just tried that and set it to members but it doesn't work. I used a test account that is a regular member account and logged in with that and when I clicked one of the Groups I got this page with this message "You haven't got the rights to access this page"
