    I believe you have the BBcode Turned off. Check through here:

    ACP >> General >> Messages & Emails >> Configuration >> Allow BBCODE : Yes

    Because I the same problem, and I was messing with the bbcode (turning on & off) & for some reason it worked mate.

    I have been on / off BBCode, and the problem remains the same, the toolbar still does not appear
    I would not use the "quote, img, spoiler" etc. like it used to be

    before I ever use my CKEditor then delete it again and I change again into the original. but the result is actually a case of this

    Those buttons are inserted with JavaScript, so if you have any errors on any of your custom JavaScript it can stop those buttons being added. You should check your browsers error console for any JavaScript errors. If your nt sure how, I'm sure google will Wink

    javascript in my browser when it was active, I had a check in the
    modules - javascript codes management

    and that no change there
    there are only javascript for FMChat and Password Strengh meter
