Put a meta tag in a "widget" and set it to "guests" only

did you add the link to where you want it to redirect ?

Since you are using punbb i would place it in the top of the overall header template, and i am not sure if you have to change user name to guest?

one question:

if a guest gets redirected to the page i want him/her to, and they try to login or register, would redirect them back or affect them in a way like that?

and my text got really BIG somehow
