If you'll have this problem again in the future, you can access your admin panel by adding:
at the end of your forum link and remove the codes/scripts or change the theme you added lately that may be causing the problem.
Is this solved?

How do you remove the code scripts? I really like my theme.

I don't know what scripts/codes the theme creator placed on that theme that made the problem occur, you may either choose to access your admin panel by the way we suggested above or just pick another theme.
