Hey my question is, Is there such a way a Moderator of my forum can have the power to ban Members without having the access to the admin panel? Like is there a way to give them the rights to ban people with having the power of an Owner ?? Without having to access the Admin Panel? Please answer anyone?

Yes.

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
Disallow moderators to ban members: No
Moderators should see a Ban This Member link at the bottom of the first page of a member's profile.

Hey, I just tried that and I tested it out on my Tester Name of my forum and I still dont see this option?

Go to a member's profile and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Administrate user : - Ban this member

Okay Since I am owner of the forum, I see that option fine on my Owner name, but I made a new user and made it a Moderator, I did not see this option, why do u think, am I doing anything wrong? Im sure in security I have Disallow Moderator To Ban User > NO

If you disallowed them to ban then they won't be able to ban.

Hey I have it like that but I have no idea why my mods are not getting the ban tool, please help I tried to make a new user and give it mod rights and it showed once then never again? I even deleted the group and re made it and still didn't work ?

when you click on a members profile you need to scroll right the way down the page to the bottom Note if your looking at an admin page from a mod this will not show but if its a member and not a mod then it should show

make sure you make a mod then go look at any other member not a staff member and you should see it

ok go to your ACP and you need to make sure the settings are made for your mods

Go to ACP >> Users & Groups >>

Groups >>

• Group Administration >> find Moderators group press the
  
• and set Is Moderator to say 5 rooms on your forum and then save get me in your chat box when your done
