I can't activate this !!

I already tired to put it in Forum Rules of a Forum but then it doesn't come out.
Can somebody help me?

Did you put it on:
Admin Panel > General > Categories & Forums > Modify
Scroll 'til you find Forum Rules : Check Quick Reply box & add the message there on the message box.

Yes it is , I putted Rules in it . After I save. I can't see it.

Can you provide a screenshot of that portion on your admin panel so we can take a look, on:

It's just a Practice , I copy the Code of the Forum Rules in this Forum if it works. but not.

We need a screenshot or the message you placed so we can see what's wrong with it.

Oh , I think I see the Problem now.
I will just code later it.

The code is faulty, there is something wrong with that so when you add it, it will only show the codes and not the message. Make sure you have the right codes added to it.

I thought you locked this afterwards , I edited my post and said I see the problem now.

You can lock this now.
