Do you mean how to close the window in the ACP ( Administrator Control Panel ) which is like this:

Ιf you interested in close in the ACP you go into the red windows and you select Not appear again.
The "report abuse" in the forum pages cannot be deleted.

You cannot delete the report abuse from pages, because members have the right to report your forum if it is illegal. But don't worry the serious report is:
