I can't make a new topic under Graphic Requests, it says " Sorry, but only administrators can post topics in this forum.

I didn't know where to post this issue because I can't make a new topic under some forum sections.

Sorry but you can not post in the technicians forum this is where the staff would move your thread if they think your problem is a tech bug and no one can deal with your problem and if more then 10 members have the same problem as you.

as for the Graphic Requests it looks to me that that forum is locked right now members can only reply to the threads that are open right now
