Widget radio-where did I go wrong?

I turned widget, entered html code for the radio and see the headline of top on the forum. But there is no link for the radio. Radio is located at this address http://188.165.229.150:7598/listen.pls Where can I put this address to caribrod radio play?

I am not really sure whether you got a widget off somewhere or something else. But, the link when clicked opens up a vlc player.
