Topic Icons

I have a few questions relating to topic items

How do I add topic Icons to the forums?

How do I set it so each group gets different topic Icons. For example on here (FM Support) members have "Solved" and "Complete". Where as staff have "Pro Admin" "In progress". So you get the idea I want members and moderators to have access to different topic icons.

My Final Question

Is there a set like the ones on these support forums? As these are rather nice. Or Similar ones and can we request our own in the design section?
