Im new to the javascript especially on forumotion.

I am attempting to put plugchat.in on every page
the code i have is

I want the bar to come up on every page of my forum but the javascript codes management wont post it

just put it in your Forum widget or Announcements

As nutsinlizards says, an announcement or widget would be the right place for all pages. Or sure description if you have the room there.
