Jumping Cursor

Help, I once visited a site that is so tricky coz when I am going to click the submit button, the cursor jumps on his ads. and I accidentally click his ad.. anyone knows how to do it? please share..

Word of advise: If you implement that feature, then users will be a *lot* less likely to visit your site in the future, and word spreads around as well. The best thing to do is to find another way to encourage ad-clicking that doesn't involve trickery.
