    Solved Members can't veiw profiles

    We are having an issue where regular members cant veiw profiles. Says about only admins can. I know its a security setting but where is the setting at? I looked everywhere in the admin panel and nothing.

    Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Special Rights
    See what is in the box by view the profile.
