The company who owns these images is based in the USA. Material becomes copyrighted upon the minute of creation according to the USA Copyright office.
See Item #5 here:
http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-general.html"Do I have to register with your office to be protected?
No. In general, registration is voluntary. Copyright exists from the moment the work is created. You will have to register, however, if you wish to bring a lawsuit for infringement of a U.S. work. See Circular 1, Copyright Basics, section “Copyright Registration.”
As an image hosting server, considering where you are based, you are required by Law to comply with DMCA protocol
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act otherwise you can be held liable for copyright infringement, especially now that you have received a complaint of infringement.
She saw her images posted on several websites as "items for sale" (they are knock-offs) - and looking at the URL of every one of the images, they linked back to only your server.
Please let me know what I can do to expedite this matter. Thank you.

I am sure they have a way to see where are images are posted from servimg.
Servimg is forumotioms image host.
you can clearly see the web addresses was on the images first. they appear to be stretched and cut off. It's obvious the intention was to remove the web address from the images.
The only question i have is.
If you do not know where these images where posted, how did you obtain the links from servimg?
Other then that i have marked it for a pro admin to investigate.
