Registered user can no longer get into chatbox???

A member of my forum, can no longer get into the chatbox, they say they've been banned by admin??
I've checked my setting and no one is banned from there - help!!

Did you check here to see if the member was listed:
Administration Panel > Modules > Chatbox > Banned Users ?

Yes, it's OK now. They think it's their antivirus software or something, because it's localised to only one of the PC's they use, so we can mark this as solved, I think.
