One of my members just informed me that he couldn't upload a pic. to his personal gallery before he had been a member for 7 days - I don't see anyway to change that, so I can't confirm it...

Is there a 7 day period members have to wait before being able to upload pic's and is there anyway to change this?

Remember to press the save button.
