What do these options mean and do?

I made a rule on my forum about multiple accounts and I have this on my admin panel. IP address accounts creation limit, for each 24 hours :

Depending on the number that's not 0, does that mean how many people can register on the same day from the same IP address? Every computer should have their own separate IP address.

Hi, what you've said is correct. The option, as far as I know, limits the amount of accounts that can be created in 24 hours by one single IP address. Smile

Oh thank you. I'll take note on it and I'll only set it up if I really need to. I don't want to exclude a forum member's friend or sibling from having fun just because when you can only get one internet provider in the house, you may only have one IP address.
