    Solved A member has donate to my forum but I see no credits

    Hello,

    A member has donate on my forum but I don't see the credits there he says that he has donate 8-Euro with "Allopass" since 2 days ago.

    So, dose any one know why there is no credits?

    Does he have any reference number or anything related to the transaction, so that we can forward it to Leeloo to check?

    Can you also tell me the date of purchase & the amount of credits? Also, would be great if you send me those codes via PM in text format instead of screenshot so that i can forward it To Leeloo.
