Members list privacey

Hi ...i am a complete newbie and have managed to make my forum private but still the members list is viewable to guests .I want my forum completely private ...is there a way to stop my members list being viewable to guests .

You can manage it from the Admin Panel :

Display >> Homepage >> Headers & Navigation
and select in the field "Memberlist" .

There, you can modify the rights.

Thankyou i managed that .

Just one more ...on clicking registration it asks for a new member to agree to the terms but the box to click for either agree or disagree is writen in a colour that is unreadable ( grey on grey background ) is there a way to change the text colour in these boxes.

ps if i tilt my screen right back i can see the text but not as one would normaly look straight at the screen .
