What happens if someone who owns the site selects himself to be deleted and saves these changes? Is the site then lost or won´t the deletion succeed? Can other assigned admins delete or ban the site owner? Just wondering what happens with this kind of stuff.

You cant delete your own account and other admins cant edit or delete the site owners account.

No, the foudning account cannot be deleted. No-one can delete this account. His powers cannot be transfered either.

If a founder decides to leave (s)he may. They can pass the details of the account to a new founder and the old founder may now a different account.
