I am an admin of my pokemonkids forum and I just got a pm that said "Hey." It is from a newer member of my forum and when I click it, it won't open so now I can't view my pms. The popup notifier would think I already looked at it since I came to it straight from the email thinking it was an email about my new deviantart password. The pm came at 6:15 PM, nearly 2 hours ago and I only discovered it a few minutes ago. Can anyone please help?

Nothing happens. I just keep clicking and clicking and it still won't open.

Now I accidentally moved it to my profile. How do I move it back and how long do people expect me to wait for replies or to fix problems I never caused?

But slg, I deleted your account upon request. It cannot be undone and it's accidentally in the Save Folder and I need help returning it to my inbox.



Also my double posting is a way to get help faster because in my generation, people are rude, say mean and nasty things, and don't help with my issues at all because they accuse me as Max thus bringing their nasty drama about him toward me, then say I ignore warnings. That's why I've grown impatient.

Is there anyone online now that could send you a pm? I do not believe you can move it form the savebox.

Thanks. It's finally resolved now.

It took me a long time to figure out for what was wrong. For some reason the pm icon was blocking the link from working. When I moved it, the title was clickable again.
