Hello, I added one new script in viewtopic_body and -> i click deleted and confirm and all my changes are gone.. How i can restore my changes ;xx Please help me! Its really important.

You'd be looking for the Theme only or Full backup. I'm not too sure if the Theme backup also covers templates or not.

If you use the Theme only restore, nothing other then the skin/theme will change. Your posts & members will not change.
If you use a full backup, you lose everything between the moment the backup was made, now.

Nope.. its not working my theme is with default templates

You will have to use the 'Full backup' option then.
You will lose anything between now, and the moment of the backup, but should re-gain your theme.
