How do i remove moderators? Like on a forum, it says Moderated by: Group name here

how do i make it so every forum does not have a moderator?

Do you mean just the text?

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Structure & Hierarchy
Hierarchy Section
Show Moderators On Index: No
