FMChat Problems: Doesn't show up, ugly "Chatbox" word in the Widgets Pane

Good day!

I installed FMChat in the site I admin. Sad to say, it did not work. Well, below are the summary of the facts:

1. The site has an existing chatbox. The HTML pages management is activated (I saw that the forum founder has an HTML page (somewhat a set of codes for style edits for the chatbox), so I deleted the page)
2. I installed FMChat. Doesn't show up.
3. After installing FMChat, there's this ugly "Chatbox" name in the widgets portion of the site (please refer to screenshot).


4. Site version (in case you need it): phpbb3

- I tried to install FMChat in my test site and it work. I don't why it won't work in my other site.

I hope you'll help me. I really like the features of FMChat and I really really want to put it in. Thank you very much.

You sure there isn't a mistake try reinstalling it usually fixes most problems like these

I already re-installed it for like 3 times...and viewed using Firefox, Opera and Chrome.

When you created the widget did you check no for this - Use as a table type?

I don't know what is wrong. I did the same procedure in my test site and it worked, but on my other site it won't. T___T

Edit: Do you think the activation of the HTML pages affected FMChat, that's why it won't work in my site?

Bu using a test account, I fixed the issue by moving the CSS to the top of the CSS stylesheet.
