I have been working on my new forum for the last few days and I think I have it just about right...

One thing i would like to know is...

I know how to add a group in the admin section for users and groups etc and i have tried to look up how to add to an existing group but don't know how to do this. How can i add a person say to admin/mod/member or whatever without making a new group for each seperate person?. For example...if i wanted 3 admins besides myself, how do i add them to my group of Admin without having to make another admin group for each of them as i think this could be where i'm going wrong as well.

Users & groups>Group administration
Click on modify corresponding to the admin group.
Then add the username & click Add Member
Save.
This will add that username to the group.

Is this right or have i stuffed up?.

i did exactly as you wrote and possibly something similar to this beforehand as well.

You do not have to create a group for each member. Press the modify button (yellow kog symbol) by administrator or moderator and scroll down the page to see where to add members.
