From what I've seen, your forum is already redirecting to the portal.

Actually, this Isn't possible. The main ponit of the logo directing useres to the forum is so there's an easy way to access the forums faster.

As for number 4, I can't offer support there. Sorry! I thik it may be in the CSS if it helps.
