<li>You must be 18 years of age to pay for a product on Bullet-Scape or have the authority of someone who is of age.</li>
<li>You must have authority to make the payment using the debit/credit card or that you use.</li>
<li>When you are a donator+, it doesn't mean you are superior. If you disobey the rules you will get punished as a free to play player would</li>
<li>If you attempt to sell your donator+ account it will get locked and a refund will not be given.</li>
<li>You CAN buy donator status or points for another player's account.</li>

<b><u>Refund</u></b><br />
A customer is not entitled to a refund when:<br />
-- There is nothing wrong with the goods, but they have changed their mind.<br />
-- The goods were bought for someone else who simply doesn't want them.<br />
-- The customer knows, or should have known, about any fault when they bought the goods (ie. if they were seconds.)<br />
Refund Policy: Can be refunded no questions asked if the payment was <b><u>un-redeemed</u></b>. Can be refunded within 30 days(un-redeemed) provided a reason is given (accounts will also be disabled/reset completely). All sales are final after 30 days.<br />

<b><u>Account</u></b><br />
To use many features of Bullet-Scape Products, we require you to create an account. We grant valid account holders a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the period of membership to use Bullet-Scape Products and to download and use our client software and connect to our servers solely to use Bullet-Scape Products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You must not choose a username that infringes the rights of any third party, impersonates Bullet-Scape staff or other users, which is deliberately confusing or which is offensive, racist, obscene, hurtful, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate or which breaches the username requirements specified on our site or our <a href="http://revolutionxpk.org/forum/showthread.php?4892-RevolutionX-Rules"><b>Rules of Conduct</b></a>. We reserve the right to make such assessment in our sole discretion, change any username for any reason or take such other action as we believe appropriate.

By visiting this Site and/or by completing the registration process for the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, have the legal capacity to, and hereby agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions
Bullet-Scape is presented "as is", without any warranty of any kind.
All express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are hereby excluded.
In no event will the administrators of Bullet-Scape or their licensors be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use our software, even if the administrators of Bullet-Scape have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

<b><u>Notice</u></b><br />
We may change these terms and conditions to reflect: changes in applicable laws; regulatory or security requirements; relevant guidance or codes of practice; technical alterations to Bullet-Scape Products; and to improve clarity and consistency. Please check the terms and conditions whenever you use a Bullet-Scape Product. If you are not a subscriber, we will treat your continued use of a Bullet-Scape Product as acceptance of these changes from their effective date as shown above. If you are a subscriber, we will treat you as bound by the changes on the first renewal date for your subscription after the effective date and so you should cancel your subscription (as explained below) before this renewal date if you don't like the proposed changes.
