Solved Can I make the result of a poll invisible?

    Post by queenieweenie78 July 22nd 2012, 5:02 pm

    Hi guys,

I'm gonna hold a competition soon. It will be decided by voting. I would like to use the poll for an anonymous vote. But I don't want anybody to see who the winner is until voting is completed. And I'd like to make a big announcement. Is there a way to change the poll so that it doesn't show the results straight after you pressed it? Thanks.

noooooooooooo... really? What a shame Sad I've looked through lot's of poll sites but they all reveal the result. I suppose we'll have to do it with PMs then, it's just that it puts ppl off voting a bit. Do you have any suggestions how I could hold my votes instead? Thanks Smile

Neymar1, this is considered as advertising. Please don't do it. This is a reminder, next time it will be a warning. Wink

Also since you have not yet taken any action in changing your profile picture as was requested via PM, if not done with immediate effect your avatar will be removed.

Yeah, I was finding a suitable image.

The only reason I posted the link was because you said you didn't think it was possible. There is a good chance LG could have some sort of solution, as he usually does so I posted the link to the best place to contact him and get a response. Maybe you're correct and it isn't possible, I'm only trying to help.

Maybe you should read the rules Smile
If someone has a solution, they will post it here. There is no need to post forum url's unless its a tutorial, which is available directly for the user to see without logging in.
