Email Notifications

Good Afternoon

I have a forum which has about 9 members, Is there a way that when a message is posted on forum all the users get a email notification of a new message? Is there a way to do this?

I have the opposite question: members on my forum do not want to recieve email notifications about new posts on forum, PM, etc.

Is there any way to set that those notifications are not automaticy sent?
