    Is there any way to enforce a minimum post count before somebody can post or see a forum section?

    Set up the permissions where only a certain group pf people can see certain sections.

    Create auto-subscribe groups, then set the permissions for those groups.

    When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
    Never post your email in public.
