Forgotten username and password !

Hey guys...
i have a forum from the forumotion but i don't remember my username and password I only can give the URL adress i don't remember which e-mail adress of mine i used when i was registering but i can check all of it. because i have never logged in since 2010. Now i want it back ! how can i get my forum back ?
