    no i dont mean search engine bots i mean like "how a bot sends you a welcome message here"

    Oh, that's a Staff Member that uses the account. There isn't such a "bot" that does things by itself. Also, sorry I gave you the wrong link.

    Create an account named "bot".

    Then,
    ACP >> General >> Private messages >> Welcome message sender
